The Duffy Buyer Cash Bonus
We recognize that you are doing most of the work to find your own home. If you will allow us to do the expertise part of the job, while you search for the home that you want to buy using our tools, we will share our commission with you.
In real estate transactions, at least those in the MLS, the seller pays a commission to the buyer's agent. That commission ranges from 2 to 4% of the sales price. We are willing to pay you part of our commission based on how many houses we show you.
How The Cash At Closing Program Works
The seller pays us to bring them a buyer - you pay nothing. You help us search for homes that you want to see by eliminating homes that you don't want to see. We represent you in the transaction. You get paid a portion of our commission.
Payouts:
1 property - 1 contract = 50% of our commission
2 to 17 properties or contracts = 30% of our commission
18 or more properties or contracts = $500.00
Exceptions are lease purchases and homes with a commission paid that is less than 2%. And, if the sales price is less than $100,000.00, we pay you $150.00.
If you need someone who can preview homes for you, we can do that and we pay you $150.00 at closing.
In a nutshell - we pay you for doing something that we have always done on behalf of our clients - search for homes to show them - but now you are able to do this via the internet so we feel that if you are doing this portion, we are able to work with more clients.

We take you to 12 properties
Property Sales Price $300,000.00 x 3% buyer's agent commission = $9,000.00
Your payout is 30% so you get $2700.00.
Your payout can be paid at closing towards your closing costs or prepaids OR you can get your check at our office after closing or we will deliver it to you.
